The Four Seasons Landscape Design Process

Our mission is to make the landscape design process enjoyable and simple, which is why we utilize a simple but thorough design process. When you connect with Four Seasons, we will:

• Begin with an at-home consultation. Our landscape design experts meet with you so that we can understand the goals and wants you have in mind.
• Develop an estimate. Once we have a concrete understanding of your project, we will create a plan and provide a cost estimate on the project.
• Finalize a budget plan. By finalizing a hard budget before we begin, we can ensure the project does not exceed your financial expectations.
• Create a final plan and project diagram. Once we take a 10% deposit, we will draft up a final plan of action to ensure project accuracy.
• Begin working on your landscape project. Your initial 10% deposit goes toward the 1/3 deposit required for our projects—then our craftsmen and design teams will get to work on the actual work.
• Finalize the project and ensure satisfaction.  Complete client satisfaction is the way we do business, and we always make a point to meet with you post-project to be sure we hit the mark dead-on.
